Upon completing his
studies at the University of Technology Malaysia , he joined the Department
of Environment (DOE) as an Officer in-charge of Enforcement, Surveillance, New
Plant Evaluation, Licensing and Panel of EIA Reviewing Committee for more than 15 years.
Major tasks he has performed were co-managing of the various construction
projects and environmental job. As the key person, he closely monitors the
overall company’s growth in the development of technical capacity in relations
to current and future technological needs.

Serdang, Selangor. She started her career by joining W&R Envirobina Sdn.Bhd
at Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. Her responsibilities are more coordinate and
monitor Environmental Management Plan and Environmental Quality Monitoring and
fieldwork programs. She also responsibilities are to prepare the Terms of
Reference (TOR) and do the Environmental Impact Assessment Studies (EIA)

ENG WENG HONG a
Malaysian, holds a Bachelor Degree in Physics (New Zealand ), a Diploma In
Education, a Civil Engineering Degree (U.S.A) and a Master Degree in Forestry
(U.S.A). He has worked for four years as a high school teacher in Sabah as a first career. Subsequently, he was involved in
civil engineering works for ten years, designing and construction timber
complexes, water dams, timber camps and power plants. He has 30 years working
experience in the field of Forestry, Project Management and Engineering. He was
employed by Weyerhaeuser of U.S.A (2 years), Pacific Hardwoods (16 years),
Serisar Industries Bhd (3 years) and Sabah Forest Industries (3 years). Mr. Eng
has conducted project feasibility studies including in (i) Pacific Hardwoods
ITC (1985-RM 120 million), (ii) Serisar Industries Bhd (1993-RM 60 million),
(iii) Sabah Forest Industry ITCs (1997-RM 103 million) and Lenexang Forest
Resources Development Co. Ltd (2001-RM 50 million- Republic of Loas). He was
the co-founder of Kiwiheng Environmental Consultants, Kiwiheng Wood Industry Consultants
Sdn. Bhd and Kiwiheng Agri-Forestry and Agriculture Plantation Consultants.
From 1999 onwards, the company
refocuses its activities and works in the areas of environmental conservation,
environmental management and environmental auditing. Mr. Eng’s areas of
interest are in forestry, soil erosion protection, biodiversity and
Agro-Forestry Plantation. Mr. Eng has been an advisor for Danaharta for the
last five (5) years, working with Special Administrators to manage and
restructure wood based factories in Sabah . Mr.
Eng is assessor and auditor for the forests and mills. He holds CoC
Certification Licenses with MTCC as well as FSC. Mr. Eng is registered with
both of the Federal DoE (Department of Environmental) and the State EPD
(Environmental Protection Department) and his license to practice is current.

ABRAHAM CHONG has a Master
of Science with distinction in Environmental Technology (Water Management), Imperial College (Unversity of London, UK
(1999-2000). He also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil & Structural
Engineering, Unversity of Manchester Ins. Sc & Tech, UK (1993-1996) with 1st
Class Honours.
He works at Infra Water Sdn. Bhd and Kumpulan Ikram
Sabah, Kota Kinabalu as a Technical Director from May 2001 todate. From 1998 to
2001, he worked at Perunding Pertama Sdn. Bhd as a Civil Cum Environmental
Engineer. He worked at Nam Fatt Construction Bhd involving in supervising and
construction works at the Petronas Aromatics Projects in Kerteh, Terengganu
from June 1998 to December 1998. From September 1996 to March 1998 he worked as
Aston University as a Research Assistant.
VINCENT K.K. CHOW

VINCENT K.K. CHOW born and
bred in Kluang, Johor, was trained as a teacher of Agriculture Science at
Maktab Perguruan Temenggong Ibrahim in 1967-68. He was awarded a scholarship
while serving as Federal Inspector of Schools with the Ministry of Education to
persue further studies at the Louisiana
State University
in the U.S. ,
where he received his Bachelor of Agriculture Science (Hons.) and Master of Science
in Horticulture. Upon his return to Malaysia , he served briefly at the
Ministry of Education before joining the Johor State Economic Development Corporation
as Head of Research in ornamental and tropical crops for nine years at the REM
Experimental Farm in Kota Tinggi. He left in 1995 to run his own consultancy up
to the present. His interest and passion in the natural heritage of Johor span
over 30 years. He is active in the Malaysian Nature Society, Johor branch.
Presently, he is a flora and fauna specialist consultant registered with the
Department of Environment, Malaysia .
Dr. Sivakumar a/L Chinnasamy
PhD (Safety Engineering)
Dr.
SIVAKUMAR A/L CHINNASAMY is an experienced consultant in developing
Environmental Management Plan (EMP), conducting audit for many JKR projects
under the requirements of MS ISO
14001:2004.
Currently, he has involved in
preparing Environmental Impact Assessment specializing in General Environmental
Management, Air Quality, Noise and Vibration Studies and registered under
DOE. .
Qualified with PhD in Safety
Engineering, Master in Environment
Technology and a Bachelors Degree
in Mechanical Engineering, he
has over 13 years of technical,
managerial and consultancy experiences across many industries such as construction of roads and
bridges, electronic, electrical, spray painting and assembly.
Started his
career as an engineer in a well known multi national company, Dr. Sivakumar
gained vast experience in dealing effectively with lower and upper level of
management. His practical approach in identifying, establishing and
implementing methods of problem solving is an added advantage in his
consultancy and servicing activities.
Besides that, Dr.Sivakumar is a member of Business Council Sustainable Development of
Malaysia where he had participated in many discussion on Environmental Quality
Act 1974 with Director General of
Department of Environment.
Dr. Sivakumar also has been
appointed as Prime Minister Hibiscus Award assessor for 2006/2007 &
2008/2009.
DR. MOHD ZAKI DATUK MOHD SAID
PhD of Science

DR. MOHD ZAKI DATUK MOHD
SAID (DOE Registered EIA Consultant C 0277), the Director for Integrated Envirotech
Sdn. Bhd has held various academic post in his distinguished career in
academia. A lecturer, associate professor, head of department and deputy dean,
dean, Deputy Rector in Universiti Putra Malaysia from 1978 to 2000, he was also
attached to the International Islamic University of Malaysia as Associate
Professor and Deputy Dean of the Science Faculty. He had a short stint in
InventQjaya as Senior Consultant of Aquaculture Technology & Business
Development.
As the Director, researcher and a consultant from
Envirotech, he specializes on marine and coastal related activities &
resource conservation. He is also an experienced EIA consultant and has
completed many EIAs, primarily offshore/ onshore oil & gas, petrochemical
refining coastal development sectors and power generation facilities.
His education background included a Diploma in
Agriculture graduating in 1969, Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University , USA
in 1974, followed by a Master of Science from the same university in 1978. He
received his PhD from Universiti Putra Malaysia . His interest in Islamic
Studies made him earned a Diploma in Islamic studies in 2004.
His research in the field of marine study started way
back in 1978 mainly in fisheries. He has been actively involved in
Environmental Consultancy since 1985, leading in more than 120 projects
consultancies. He has also published and presented several papers.
Most of his work related to the Oil & Gas Industries.
His clients include PETRONAS, Sarawak Shell Berhad, ESSO and Murphy Oil.
